Senior Pastor
Curt Seaburg is known for his relevant teaching style and his passion for people to reach their full potential. Curt and his wife Pam have four children and live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where Victory Church began in 2000.
Curt and Pam are passionate about providing a life-giving church focused on the simplicity of the Gospel and the power of an intimate relationship with a loving God. Under his leadership, Victory Church offers 4 worship services each Saturday and Sunday at two different campuses.
Curt’s ministry background includes 19 years in full-time youth ministry and worship leading and his educational background includes a BS from Valley Forge Christian College and Zion Bible College.
Todd Nathan – | |
Executive Pastor
Todd and his wife Karin share a passion for reaching people for Christ with compassionate, caring hearts and listening ears. Todd loves teaching the Word of God in a way that brings impact, life transformation and a deeper hunger for God. He began his career in NYC working for a major company in strategic planning and as a business analyst. Over the past 18 years of ministry, he has served in three different churches with a desire to create a healthy infrastructure and unified team that results in thriving lives for Christ. Todd has a B.S. in Management from Penn State University and a Masters of Divinity from Columbia International University, and is credentialed with the Evangelical Free Church in America.
Jim Elliot’s quote, “Lord, make my way prosperous. Not that I achieve high station but that my life be an exhibit to the value of knowing God.” is the driving force behind his life & ministry.
Todd and his wife Karin have three children, and have lived in New Jersey (born & raised!), South Carolina, and for the past 8 years in beautiful Lancaster, PA. As a family, they love the energy of the city, and of course the New York sports teams (Giants & Yankees). Psalm 46:10 and Jeremiah 29:11 are two favorite passages that have carried Todd & Karin through their many challenges, changes and joys over 22 years of marriage. They are excited and thankful for being part of a vibrant ministry team at Victory Church.
Pam Seaburg – |
Office Assistant/Missions Coordinator
Pam has served along side her husband, Pastor Curt Seaburg, all of their married lives and is dedicated to helping people grow from where they are. She serves administratively at Victory Church with involvement in many areas of guest relations, but is most passionate about worship and Missions. Pam and her husband PC share a love for all things adventurous, the greatest adventure being raising four fantastic children.
Linda Jenks –
Office Manager
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Linda graduated from Manheim Township High School. She started at Victory in March 2003. Linda has 25 years of experience in the business world, including 17 years as an Office Manager.

Connections Director
Jessica was born in Pittsfield, MA but spent most of her growing up years in Pittsburgh, PA – GO STEELERS! After graduating high school she attended Central Bible College where she graduated in 1998 with a degree in Children’s Ministry. She has over 13 years of full time ministry experience as a Children’s & Associate Pastor. Jessica has a passion for training churches in connecting with kids and adults. She loves connecting with people and helping them find their place of ministry. Jessica and Adam were married in 2003 and have one son, Antonio. They love to hang out at home with family and friends.
Vinnie DePaul – |
Children’s Pastor
Vinnie was born in the great state of New Jersey. Currently he resides in Lancaster City with his beautiful wife Monica and daughters Amelia and baby Ella!! Vinnie’s heart for children led him to pursue a degree in elementary education. He has worked in daycare’s and children’s ministry in several churches in Lancaster County. In the 5 yrs Vinnie worked at Sight and Sound Ministry as a shop team leader, he learned how to manage effectively by cultivating relationships and valuing people. Vinnie believes that God leads us to our future by way of our past and because of that he is very excited to be a part of the team here at Victory church!

Theater Campus Administrator
Rick was raised in Lancaster County and has spent time in Minnesota, California, and Colorado. His business and management background help with his role as the Theater Campus Administrator, but his heart for people and helping people take their NEXT step in their relationship with Jesus make him a perfect fit on the team. Rick has been part of the leadership team of the Theater Campus since the beginning. He loves the Lititz area and community where our Theater Campus meets, and he and his wife have lived there for over 10 years. Rick stays busy with family, ministry, work, and school….yes, school – although school is off his schedule now! He recently graduated with a Bachelor degree from Lancaster Bible College. He and Ginger have four teenagers – Abbey, Garrett, Brooke, and Chad. Rick is a big fan of the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Phillies, but a bigger fan of the Warwick Warriors…watching his kids involved in their school athletics.
Joe Turek – | |
Director of Technology and Innovation
Joe graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications and Music. He has emphasized his studies in technology and business. Professionally, he has held positions in technological and software sales. Joe was also self-employed as a small business owner before joining Victory Church. Joe is a great fit here because he is passionate about technology and music. Joe is married to his wonderful wife, Michele and has two lovely children, Anthony (7) and Josie (4) and loves spending time with his family and friends.
Kent Mast – | |
Media Director
Kent attended California University of Pennsylvania for two years, until a providential motorcycle accident brought him home to Lancaster County in August, 2009. Having always liked photography and video editing, he bought his first Digital SLR in January of 2010. He has been on staff since April 2010, making the most of every opportunity to redeem the use of digital media for Christ and His church.

Next Step Ministry Director
Mimi has been married to her wonderful husband, Matt for 17 years. They have two children, Nick (16) and Talia (12). Mimi and her family have been involved at Victory Church since 2002. Mimi is passionate about her work at Victory and additionally is a district team leader for the Good News Ministry program through Child Evangelism Fellowship Organization. Mimi and Matt also serve as Elders at Victory.
Jeremy Moyer – | |
Youth Pastor
Jeremy has lived in a number of states and is very excited to have found a home here at Victory Church in Lancaster, PA. After attending the 24/7 Leadership Academy in Colorado and while on a mission trip to Asia, he felt the pieces falling together for his future. Youth Ministry was definitely stamped on his heart. After returning to the states, Jeremy completed his Bachelor’s degree in youth ministry at Freedom Bible College and Seminary. Over the last four years since Asia, Jeremy has submerged himself into the world of students through launching a youth ministry and bringing it to fruition before coming to Victory Church in the Spring of 2011. Jeremy also has met his beautiful wife, Arden, at a Victory Church young adult gathering last fall, and they are very excited to be starting their life together as a young married couple.
Melissa Miller – |
Kid’s Ministry Assistant
Melissa is our brand new Kid’s Ministry assistant. Her responsibilities will be to work along side Pastor Vinnie and lead the kid’s ministry at the Theater Campus and the Saturday night service at Greenfield. She was born and raised right here in Lancaster County, PA. Melissa studied at King’s College in Briarcliff Manor, NY and in 2006 received her Elementary Education degree and English as a Second Language Program Specialist Certification from Millersville University.
Currently, Melissa teaches 3rd grade in the School District of Lancaster, and has been involved in Children’s ministry for over 13 years. She is an avid New York Giants fan, (we haven’t told Pastor Curt this bit of news yet) and loves to watch football with her 15 year old son, Trey.
Melissa’s passion is that all children would know their endless possibilities in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Kate Douglas once said, “Every child born into the world is a new thought of God, an ever fresh and radiant possibility.”
Melissa is very excited to be part of the team at Victory Church where she can use her talents and passion to show Christ’s love to the children of Victory Church and Lancaster County!
Eric Keller – | |
Associate Pastor and Theater Campus Pastor
Eric has been challenging students to reach their “God given” potential for the last 16 years in both the local and the para-church. His heart is to see a generation in love with and living for Jesus… period!
When he has a moment to himself, Eric loves long walks on the beach while eating funnel cake (so good)! Eric loves the outdoors (hunting and fishing) as well as baseball and hockey. His joy is his beautiful wife Heather and their three boys Isaac 9, Abe 6 and baby Malachi.
Jeff Bender – |
Worship Pastor
Jeff was born and raised in California and then moved to New York where he earned an MFA from New York University and acted professionally. In 1989, he became a Christ follower and later graduated Zion Bible Institute and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary with a Masters in Theology. Jeff has led worship at various churches and events for 22 years, and currently serves as the Worship Pastor at Victory Church.
